Many fairytale weddings begin with something not so pretty and that is a prenuptial agreement NY. A prenuptial agreement is a legally binding agreement between the two parties who are going to be married that simply states each party owns their own property and their own money going into the marriage and if that marriage should fail they each will lead away from the marriage with what they brought into the marriage.
