Apple’s iPhone has recently taken a large lead over the competition by allowing new and useful iPhone apps to be created by iPhone developers for hire from all different types of businesses and all different sectors of the world.  The iPhone developers have created everything from computer video games to apps that allow an iPhone user to download and watch their favorite TV program.

The Apple iPhone is more than just a high-powered mobile phone; it is a high-capacity computing device capable of running a multitude of applications with the average iPhone user having downloaded approximately 15 to 20 apps in the past six months versus someone caring around a Motorola or Nokia phone or other types of cell phones that only download one application.

The competition is hot on Apple’s trail, for instance Nokia is currently working on developing its own app store which also has them already pre-installed on the mobile phone so consumers do not have to download them, this would allow developers to make more money.
