Florida State University All-American kicker Graham Gano has his own blog to help his fans understand what’s going on with his career, like when he won the 2008 Lou Groza award for the most elite and top place kicker in America, averaging 43 yards per punt. This was announced on his blog for his fans to help them celebrate this most prestigious honor.Another one of Graham Gano’s most recent honors was being named the top punter in the ACC by the Sporting News in addition to being named All-Florida first team by the Miami Herald. Additionally, according to Pro Football News, Graham Gano is one of the nation’s most accurate field-goal kickers. This past season at Florida State University, his last season because he’s a senior, Gano performed all the duties of the kicking squad single-handedly. He was the place kicker, goal kicker and punter. Graham Gano is said to have the most powerful legs in college football connecting five of seven kicks from 50 plus yards and 10 of 12 from 40 plus yards.
