A destination wedding is kind of like a destination vacation but is usually for the ceremony and reception only. There are many destination wedding locations out there and blogging about them can create quite a lot of traffic on your blogging site. The idea of a destination wedding is that a couple can find a wedding site that is themed or has different venues that will create a fantasy wedding that will be in their memories forever. Such an exciting event needs a special place for it to occur and the destination can be searched for in blogs, internet links, or directly from a wedding destination site.
For example, a couple had a Michigan wedding at a wedding destination that was in the form of a castle. The couple had a terrific time in this surreal, medieval setting that allowed them to express their love and commitment. This is the kind of romantic blogging that people eat up. Talking about a destination wedding on your blog will bring traffic from those who yearn to hear about weddings and romance but it also gives the reader a chance to find that perfect destination themselves.
If you own a blog, start a category with either ‘romance’ or ‘weddings’ and it is almost guaranteed to generate more readers. The blogging experience you enjoy will be as varied as the blogs that are in your category. If you have had a destination experience or you know someone who has, write about it. People love weddings and vacations, so you are killing two birds with one stone.
