		<description>The hardest thing for anyone to do is to say "I'm sorry". This took a lot of guts and even though you may have done something like this, if you post are good, readers will stick around. If something like this happened to me, I would be just as mad as John Chow was but kind of complimented at the same time. Lesson learned.</description>
